Return & Refund Policy

At Aligna Fitness we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange under the terms below.


1. Eligibility Window

  • 14 days: The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking information.

2. Condition of Items

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and in resalable condition;
  • Include all original components, manuals, accessories, and original packaging;
  • Bear no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

3. Non‑Returnable Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at checkout;
  • Gift cards;
  • Downloadable digital products.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email alignabusiness@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  2. We will reply within 2 business days with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and write the RMA on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship the return within 7 days of receiving the RMA.

Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or credit‑card issuer.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or replacement item, follow the return steps above and indicate “Exchange” in your email. We’ll ship the replacement after we receive and inspect the original item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email alignabusiness@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label or replacement at no cost to you.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received an approved refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit‑card account again.
  2. Contact your bank/credit‑card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
